There is flexibility in requirements when prospective parents are seeking to adopt older children, siblings groups, children with medical problems or minority children born in the Domestic. Some countries do not place infants with couples who have no fertility problem or other compelling reason for not becoming pregnant.

Please note that requirements are subject to change.
