Age Limits are applicable at the time that the full application is submitted.
PLEASE NOTE: There is flexibility in requirements, such as with age of applicants for certain programs, when prospective parents are seeking to adopt older children, sibling groups, children with medical issues or other special needs. Additionally, some countries do not place infants with couples who have no fertility problem or other compelling reason for not becoming pregnant.
